hello aspirant,

Yes It is possible to join B. Tech course after completing B.Sc through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering collges in India.

After Completing bsc from PCM stream you can get direct lateral entry admission to B.tech courses from second year of engineering. There are many colleges which take the entrance exams for lateral entry, while there are also many colleges which do not taek the exam.

However, generally most people pursue their master's course after completing bsc as doing B.tech after bsc becomes a very long way to complete bachelor's degree.

Further, to know more about the B.tech CSE (Computer Science Engineering ) course, you can follow the below mentioned link to know more : https://www.careers360.com/courses/b-tech-in-computer-science-and-engineering

I hope that this will help.
