Yes, you can definitely do a job while pursuing your M.Tech. You will have to opt for Part time Post Graduation courses that are available. You can definitely sit for recruitment that are offered for B.Tech but please do take care as it is very often that you find a job that gives you flexible hours for pursuing your M.Tech as atleast some amount of time has to be dedicated to the PG course.
