What is benefit of doing m.tech while placements are same of b.tech and m.tech students?

they may be same

but when the job is being offered

first the m tech students gets placed

a nd also m tech students are given higher post when compared to b tech students

also the salary offered range also varies

Actually i heard from someone that b.tech students got placed more than m.tech students because they are fresh to learn while m.tech students have specialisation in particular subject and also two years later......
