well IF you have finished your 12th then you need to take 5 year integrated course and you need to qualify in the entrance exam for courses like BA LLB,BBA LLB etc...

if you are a graduate from any course in any stream like engineering in your case.you can take llb which is of 3 years .

Yes,you can pursue LLB after completion of BTech in ECE department as its eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% marks and in case of reserved category it's 40%. Although this aggregate varies among universities like DU and BHU require minimum 50% marks while universities like Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Meerut require only 45% marks in graduation.
