Hello aspirant,

M.Tech is not an option following a B.Sc. Candidates must have at least 50% in B.Tech Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, or Zoology or an equivalent CGPA to be eligible for the M.Tech in Biotechnology. You must have a current GATE score or must have taken entrance exams like the OJEE, IPU CET, KIITEE, UPSEE, and others. The curriculum for a bachelor's degree in technology and a bachelor's degree in science is completely different, particularly for advanced topics like biotechnology. As a result, after receiving a B.Sc.Even though you can apply for an M.Tech in Biotechnology once you've earned your M.Sc.

Thank you

Hope this information helps you.
