Hello aspirant,

For pursuing MD in Cardiology, MBBS qualification from a recognized Medical College or University. which is approved by the MCI is a must. Without an MBBS degree, which is a 5.5-year long course, you cannot pursue an MD. After doing BSc in Cardiology, you can opt for MSc in  Cardiology but not an  MD. However, after BSc, you can attempt the NEET UG exam and complete your MBBS course, and then give your NEET PG exam to pursue MD in Cardiology.

Hope it helps!
