Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) is a 2-year professional master's level degree accredited to students after completing a course of study in health administration which includes the management of hospitals and other health organizations, public health consulting, and infrastructure.

M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (MSRUAS) college provides various courses on MHA. And the eligibility for MHA according to the official website :

• Candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized Indian institution, including Science, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, B.Sc. Nursing, BPT, BAMS, and various other.
• Candidates have a three-year graduate degree in any discipline or a four-year graduate degree in paramedical sciences, medicine, veterinary sciences, pharmacy, agriculture, law, or engineering.

So as your are Biomedical Engineer ,there is a chance to get various colleges to pursue MHA course ,But for MSRUAS ,Bengaluru - a pass in MBBS, BDS, Nursing or equivalent degrees with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA is applicable according to the official website.
