The chances of your application getting accepted in a Canadian University gets higher if you have work experience. And it is not mandatory that you will get job after completing your MS from Canada. Like anywhere else in the world, your skills and talent will be considered over anything else. If you have the skills your employer is looking for, you will definitely land a good job.
