Hi,

Yes, you may apply for MSc. Agriculture after pursuing with these three core subjects i.e. Botany, Zoology, Chemistry. These are the basic three subjects which every biological stream requires at least for qualification.

Pursuing MSc Agriculture from the Reputed Universities of India, may lead you to huge success because they will provide maximum exposer to the fields and experiments related to it. There is quite good scope of agriculture in our Nation, as Agriculture is the most important sector of Indian Economy.

If you pursue your Master's in any Government College, you may get placed within the college by some government related organisation.

In BSc you have subjects like;

  1. Zoology
  2. Botany
  3. Chemistry
  4. Cell biology
  5. Microbiology
  6. Embryology
  7. Genetics

So you can select any one subject for MSc related to the above mentioned subject like you say botany so you can.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
