After completion of bsc in chemistry, biology and zoology ( CBZ) you have various options available. One of them is biochemistry. You can do msc in biochemistry as botany and zoology are basic life science which study some amount of biochemistry. So you can do msc biochemistry after doing bsc in CBZ.
