eligibility qualifications for GATE: BE / B.Tech/ B.Pharm
Bachelor’s degree holders in Engineering/ Technology (4 years after 10+2 or 3 years after B.Sc/ Diploma in Engineering/Technology) and those who are in the final year of such programs.

and, for Mtech also you have to clear Btech.

Yeah you can do M.Tech after B.Sc in your own respective field but you can't be eligible for GATE after your B.Sc because GATE is only for those people who are pursuing their UG degree in B.E or B.tech.
