Being a commerce student also, you are eligible for NDA. In fact, candidates with any stream are eligible to appear for the NDA Exam. However, the service allocation will vary.

If a candidate has studied Mathematics and Physics at class 12 level, he is eligible for all the services such as Air Force, Military and Navy.

If a candidate do not have Mathematics and Physics at class 12 level ,they can only opt out for Military.

However, whether candidate has studied Mathematics or not, he has to appear for the Paper I of Mathematics of NDA and need to qualify it. The second paper of General Ability Test is also same. There is no change in exam pattern stream wise.
