All the seats in private colleges are generally filled on the basis of NEET all india rank (AIR). All the seats available in private colleges so it's open for each category, In which they belong to.

After extensive consultation, it has been decided that the 50 per cent seats in the private medical College and deemed Universities should be par with the fee in the government medical College of that particular state and UT. The benefit you got is will be first made available to those candidate who availed goverment quota seats, but limited to the extent 50 per cent of the total sanction strength of the respective medical College and deemed University.
