Hope you are doing well
To be candid with 89 percentile you will fetch a rank around 95000 and your OBC rank will be around 25000-30000
This rank will make it difficult for you to get any NIT so I don't think these marks are sufficient even for OBC category

Hii aspirant,
You have not mentioned your state and the quota so it's difficult to predict.i am answering by considering you as general Candidate.You can get government college's like GFTI and other State governments colleges at 89 percentile.as your rank is arround 1 lac.
You can improve your result in upcoming jee mains exam and get good government college's. You can also get some IIIT with this percentile.

At 89 percentile as you have mentioned Obc category so I think because of category rank you may expect certain gfti in jossa counseling or government colleges in some states which offer admission through Jee mains marks.
