Basically for getting admission in BBA i.e.BMS in DU you need to appear for an exam DU-JAT in which maths is a compulsory subject and you can apply for B.com as the admission for that is based on the Percentage you have scored in class 12.Forms will be out soon for DU from 1st week of April.

Yes, you can fill both at the same time but you can get admission in only one at a time.Delhi University 2019 Registration for UG & PG courses will probably start in the month of May 2019.This university offers admission on the basis of Delhi University Entrance Exam and merit list of the qualifying examination.
The application form can be filled and submitted via online mode only. The last date to submit the application form for UG & PG admission will be first week of June 2019.
First of all go to DU official website and then follow these steps below:
Step-1: Online Registration
Step-2: Fill Details
Step-3: Upload photo
Step-4: Fee Payment/Deposit
Step-5: Download & Print Application form
