Hello,
You have not mentioned your category or state. So it is quite difficult to predict exactly.
However if you belong to general category than, with 298 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota. But, you can opt for private colleges through state quota.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
