It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.


But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 433 marks you may not get a seat in government medical college but yes you have good chances for getting a Government quota MBBS seat in private medical college.

For example,

in neet 2019, 419 marks for obc category got a government quota seat in DR PATNAM MAHENDER REDDY INST OF MED SCI, CHEEVELLA under Telangana state quota

Since you belong to BC-E category, then you should come under OBC category. In that case, it seems like you may not have a chance at Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, which had a cutoff for 445 marks in NEET 2021 under 85% state quota seats. You may have chances elsewhere in Hyderabad .
