It is difficult to predict because cut-offs varies from year to year. For your NEET UG score it is difficult to get BHMS seat in good Private BHMS Colleges in Maharashtra based on previous year's cut-offs. So, you can try for Management quota seat as well.

Cut-offs changes varies year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.
