Can I get a government seat in a BDS college with neet score of 445 in NEET 2019 in West Bengal from the UR category

Hey.
The cut off for admission in government dental colleges in West Bengal under the State quota for the general  category in the previous year 2018 was a rank of 37985 and a score of 462 marks.
The cut off changes each year due to several factors like level of difficulty or level of Competition etc. This year as the paper was easier the cut off based on marks will be higher than before.
Considering your score, and the previous year last score  you seem to be on the lesser side. But do try in the counselling
