Yes you might get a college even  through all india quota. But if you have domicile of uttar pradesh then it would be much better to look for a college in that state itself. Because here you can seek a seat through 85 % state quota. If that does not work then for sure you can go ahead seeking a seat through all india quota.
Generally ,The expected cutoff marks for admission into bams course for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250. Since you are an obc candidate ao you will also entertain certain relaxation in the cutoffs. But do remember that cutoffs are expected to rise this time. Cutoffs vary from college to college. So it's difficult to put forward any specific prediction

Hello dear student,

Its been just a year when NEET started taking students for bhms and bams too. So it's really hard to predict the marks as far as now because it's just been a year . But in any case looking at last year's cut off marks for bams and bhms you need to have marks above 400 to be on safer side even for the category rank . But meanwhile if you want to fill for the counseling you can try because we cannot be sure about this year's  cutoff marks . I hope this was helpful.
