Yeah of course you can get a medical college with a score of 500, but remember you will not get a government college. You will either get deemed University or Private College. With the score of 500 you can get the Best Deemed University and Best Private Medical College. This answer is given because you are from General category or OBC. If anybody else is from SC / ST category than he or she will surely get the good government medical colleges.
