see it depends on the organization for which you may work for, salary structure depends on the organization, your role in the company and your over all experience, however initially the lab technician or diagnosticians salary started from 10-15k. but once you gain experience of 2-3 years and if you join tier 1 hospitals or diagnostics center you can get 25-30k per month.
