Hi Venkat.

First of all congratulations on scoring 509 marks in such a competitive exam like neet. The cutoff for the Colleges depends upon your category also. Since you haven't mentioned your category let me assume that you belong to the general category. For the 15% all India Quota seats, a candidate from general category needs a score of above 550. The same for the 85% state Quota seats in Madhya Pradesh is above 490. Since you have scored 509 you are on the safer zone of getting into a state Quota seat. If you belong to any other reserved Category your chances are even more stronger. Let me update you with the cutoff for some major colleges in your state:

GMC,Datia - 501

Bundelkhand MC, Sagar - 516

SS Medical College, Rewa - 518
