Hello Aspirant 

You have not mentioned about college,State quota or All India Quota and about your category. 

If you are unreserved category then there is very less chances for you to get government medical colleges.But if you are from reserved category then there is some chances for you to get government medical colleges through state quota.

You can get admission to any of the private Medical Colleges using your Neet score.

Hello aspirant,
Please specify the college you are concerned about.
As per your score you cannot seek any government mbbs seat even through quotas.
You need to scoreabove 560-600+ in order to seek admisdion in mbbs.
