Yes, you can get a permanent job after completing internship in mbbs.

There are plenty of options after MBBS -

1. You can apply for government jobs in your respective states may be on a contract basis or clear the commission test and directly get permanent . On a contract basis it takes few years to become permanent and your seniority is counted only after you become permanent.
2. You can apply for jobs in private hospitals like MAX, FORTIS .
3. You can apply for Junior Residency in any subject . You can pursue a junior residency in any subject only for 6 months.
4. Next you can prepare for NEET PG so that you get to choose your specialty.
5. You can also apply for PLAB or USMLE if you don't wish to have a career in India.
6. If you don't want to continue career in medicine you can also go for civil services after MBBS.

However, you are now would be allowed to do independent practice as you have completed your internship.
