Third party people are available in almost every city who help you in counselling and getting admission in reputed colleges across India. These so called middlemen are like a string connecting students with normal marks and colleges with management quota seats and are seldom interested in just helping students who want to get in through merit. I'm sorry but mostly you'll have to search the internet and read articles to get the hang of the process and make it yourself and if you're lucky enough to find a middleman, make sure you discuss his/her fees prior.
