Each year cut off variates due to various factors like difficulty of the exam, number of exam takers etc. so even if we take last year cut off as the basis of prediction for this year,  things can change this year regarding the cut off which can be more or less than previous year. Coming back to your question, you have a fair chance to get a govt medical college with a score of 550. I can tell you clearly which colleges you have shot at from your state with the help of information like your domicile state and which category you belong.
