If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in odisha through state quota .
Even if you are not from odisha then also you hold some chance of getting this college.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
