I hope you are doing fine and great

As per your query , I would like to tell you that in your case their is not need to worry if you have central certificate but if you have state certificate of up then your caste should comes in obc central list to get the 27 percent reservation benefits USIT .For your information ,they are chances that you will be considered inside delhi becasue your schooling is from delhi only
