According to the last year ROUND - 3 councelling the CSE was offered till 8000 rank. So with 20930 rank you will not get CSE at ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY. But you can try for MECHANICAL ENGINEERING as the previous year cutoff rank and your rank are close by.
