No,  entrances are not conducted by the University of Delhi,  for admissions to the any College of the university.

The admissions to almost all courses offered at the undergraduate level are merit-based.

The university conducts entrances only for admissions to bachelor's in management studies, bachelor's in business economics and bfia courses. 

The entrance test is called the Delhi university joint entrance examination.
