can i get admission after completing my nios 12th board after getting my results and attend the last counselling for the neet this year

Not really. The process of any counseling is not as smooth as you think. You can apply for counseling for colleges you are interested in but if you donot have relevant and required documents you shall not be taken into consideration.
So you will have to give NEET next year again.
