As per the Rules and Regulation of NEET which is NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY cum ENTRANCE TEST for all the medical fields' admission and eligibility process.

To apply for Medical courses provided by NEET this year, you must clear the NEET EXAM 2019.

NEET Rules and Regulations until 2019:

• The Candidates must at least be 17 years of age as on December 31, 2019.
  
• The age of the candidates must not be more than 25 years in age as on May 5, 2019.
  
• The Candidates in order to apply for NEET 2019 must have qualified in their Class 12th or qualifying Exam or must be appearing in the same in 2019.
  
• In which, they must have scored an aggregate of 50%(for UR), 45%(for PH) and 40%(for PH reserved, SC, ST, OBC) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and biology.

Conclusion:

• Thus if you are a Class 11 candidate or giving NEET second time, it is not an issue but if you are giving NEET Exam this year and you want to get admission based on your result or marks of the July improvement Exam, you are terribly wrong and they can not be considered.
• Because the admission and verification process has already been started and the verification process is about to end the admission process is about to begin.
• By the time your result of the July exam comes, it would be very late and thus they will only consider that marks obtained in your NEET exam and your 12th exam First attempt and not the second one in July.
  
• Thus please note to avoid any confusion that those marks of your improvement exam of July will be considered in your next attempt of NEET Next Year.
