Seems a bit difficult keeping in mind your exam is in July. The results will be surely there after or in August and councelling session already starts before that.
So only thing that you should pray about is that your results come early before the councelling so that you can be eligible for it.

The results of your betterment exam should be out before you appear for the counseling procedure. If that is the case, you're eligible for appearing for NEET-UG examination this year.

Most probably, results of improvement exam will be declared before NEET counselling. If it happens so, don't worry then. You would become eligible.

Its hard to say in this regard. However if your results are out before commencement of counselling process, then you will surely be eligible for getting a seat otherwise your candidature for particopating in counselling process will be cancelled..
