Yes. Either you can apply through cap round or you take direct admission through institute quota. You must have 150 marks in 12th PCM.    According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approximately close to 7.8lakh and with this rank you will not able to get seat in any NIT. And you can try with your borad marks.
