Hello Deepak, No, you won't be able to get admission in Adesh medical college, Kurukshetra, Haryana because 400 marks are not enough to secure a seat in that college. last year closing rank was 31551 which is equal to marks around 470-480. Also, you will be under other state category candidate which makes it even worse to you. Try looking for medical colleges in your state because then you can avail your home state quota which will balance your low NEET marks.
