If you don't have domicile certificate of Maharashtra you are eligible to take admission in private colleges of Maharashtra.

You can take admission through JEE Main or MHT CET. 

It is advisable to take admission through JEE Main as they are preffered over MHT CET.

Even if you don't have the domicile of Maharashtra,you can easily get admission in the colleges of Maharashtra based on your rank in the respective competitive exam as per required. For the Sardar Patel Institute of technology too, there is no compulsion of the domicile.
