With this score, it is very difficult to get seat for BAMS, BHMS.

As top score is 720 this year the cut off is raised.

As you haven't mentioned your category I'm assuming it as general

For general category the qualifying score 720-146

So you haven't qualified for NEET

There is no chance for getting seat in any medicine course.

The only option is either BSc, Pharmacy courses

Or to reappear next year and score good.
