No , you cannot get admission in any College if you have not qualified neet though there are some Colleges which hold their own entrance exam but every university conducts exam for admission process.

But if you want to do something related to medical field then you can do BSc course.

Some of courses may include ;

B.Sc in Radiology and Imaging Technology.

B.Sc Respiratory Care Technology.

Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language.

Bachelor in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
