       You haven't mentioned your jee main mark. So I can't able to tell if you get admission in APJ Abdul kalam Technical University in Lucknow. If you get good mark in jee main you apply for that University.

Yes , you can get admission in AKTU with JEE MAIN marks. But there is only 10% reservation for the students applying through JEE MAINS.  But the counselling for these students is done at the last stage only. And i would advise you to take admission in AKTU with JEE MAIN marks if and only if you have a really bad rank in JEE MAINS. Also , for these students , admissions are only taken into private colleges. No government colleges have this reservation for JEE Mains students.
