can i get admission in ba program without migration certificate if i passed 12th from hbse?

Hello,


Well, its not possible to pursue your further studies without Migration Certificate. Every school/ college asks for Migration Certificate mandatorily to offer admission in any course in their institution. Migration Certificate is also known as Transfer Certificate (TC) regarsless of whichever board from which you have passed you will still need to have Migration Certificate.
