You have not mentioned which course you want to pursue. Nevertheless, it seems difficult for you to get admission in Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies based on your IPU CET rank.

Last year's closing rank for the final rounds of counselling for GNGND Category candidates for the following courses were:-

MCA - 1418

MBA - 572

BBA - 3715

As your rank is much more than the usual closing ranks, your chances seem less.

On the basis of your rank, you will not be able to get a seat at Bhai Paramanand Institute of Business studies in either MCA, MBA or BBA.

The cut-offs for 2018 for MCA was 870-1418 in round 3.

For MBA the cutoff  was : 561-572 in round 3

For BBA the cutoff was:2395-3715 in round 3
