You have chances of getting admission in DU, there will be no effect if you dropped out last year.
In some colleges there is relaxation for girls of 1%, but not in all colleges, it will be mentioned in the cut off lists which is yet to be release. And only coed colleges will give relaxation to the girls not girl's colleges.
