Well, for getting admission in good government college for doing bsc nusring you need to score more marks in mhtcet.. every year the college do change as per every universities!! If you want to take admission in private universites it is not necessary to give the cet exam .. also some colleges do admissions on merit basis or some colleges do take admissions on cet score ie: private university !
