Yes, you can get admission in Bsc with 75 percentage. However, if are applying at  Delhi University then you will be able to get North Campus and not even the best college in South Campus. However, you will get admission in any one of the DU colleges. In case you are applying to a private university, then yes you will get admission. It completely depends on which university you are applying to.
