  I think Chandigarh University won't provide admission for the students who have less than 50% in graduation.  All the reputed  Institutes in India has eligibility criteria for MBA, students have to meet it before admission. General eligibility is that 50%(45% in the case of reserved category) marks in graduation from a recognized university and need to secure good percentile in national level entrance tests(CAT, MAT and CMAT, etc...) or admission seeking institutes entrance tests like LPUNEST, DSAT, XAT, and SNAP. My advice to you would be that try to improve the marks and go for an MBA.

Yes you can get admission in chandigarh University with your mat or cmat score. But your graduation score can be a hurdle in this. You can also refer cgc, or Uiams of punjab University.
