Yes, you can get it. MHTCET is given by students of all India. There is reservation of around 85% seats for state native while other 15% seats are filled by All India candidate to get CoEP through MHTCET you need to score above 180 (for Cse).

Is there any admission done of outside maharastrian candidate before?

Yes every year many candidates outside maharashtra fill the form of MHTCET give exams and take admission. Except Tamil Nadu you can get admission to any state engineering college either by jee main marks or writing their entrance test. For UP its UPSEE, For Bihar it's BCECE, For M.P. It's MPPET, For Karnataka it's COMEDK.

I forgot to mention WBJEE. It's is also similar to MHTCET but still candidates from other state get admission there.

Shagufa zareen is saying that you cannot take Admission while satya prakash is saying you can take so please clear if outside candidate can take admission from mhcet or not? ??

After investing hours I get to know that Outside maharashtra candidate cannot take admission in government colleges of MHTCET (still not sure because nothing clearly regarding this is mentioned anywhere) any ways if you have filled the form of MHTCET giving the paper won't harm and PICT is there which is private and pretty good in placement too.

Dear Ashish,

I am sorry to say that there is no chance for you to get into COEP through MHT-CET because as you are saying that you are outside from Maharashtra So, in this case, you don't have the domicile either so, you will not get admission into this college.
