Students who are interested in pursuing B.Tech from DU have to appear in DUET examination.

The other eligibility criteria is as follows:

• Students are required to pass their intermediate level examination (+2 level) from any of the recognized boards of the country.

• Students are required to have a minimum aggregate of 60% in their best of four subjects. There is some relaxation for reserved categories.

• Students are required to have mathematics as a compulsory subject at the intermediate level.

• There is no minimum age limit for candidates to apply for B.Tech courses offered by Delhi University.
