Bihar Board of Open Schooling is a recognized board, and DU does allow people fulfiling eligibility criteria from distance education to apply for its programme at ug, pg and other levels. I answer this, If your only concern is regarding whether you can apply or not. However, final admission depends on a lot of factors eventually, since there's high level of competition among aspirants, and cut-off goes really high, so it's important for you to complete 10+2 with high level percentage to be able to secure a seat at DU.
