Hey,
When it comes to Humanities or Arts,the University of Delhi is the most sought-after and as a result of which, the cut offs are generally quite high. The percentage in universities like St.Stephens,Miranda House or Sri Venkateswara College goes as high as 97 or 98 percent.
Your best of four is less,so your chances are quite low. If you have any category then also there is less probability. However,you can apply in DU SOL(School of Open Learning).
